Junk Removal Questions Answered
Get clear answers about quotes, scheduling, access, and what we can remove.
How do I get a quote?
Call 727-254-6678 or send the quote form with a description of what needs to go. Photos help us understand the size of the job and access. We confirm the scope and price before loading.
What can you remove?
We remove furniture, appliances, household junk, yard waste, construction debris, and items from property cleanouts. Tell us about heavy, attached, or unusual materials when requesting your quote.
Do I have to move everything to the curb?
We handle lifting and loading from the agreed pickup area. Let us know about stairs, narrow doors, gates, or long carrying distances so we can plan the job.
Where do you provide service?
We serve St. Petersburg and communities throughout Pinellas County, including Clearwater, Largo, Pinellas Park, Seminole, Gulfport, Palm Harbor, and Tarpon Springs.
Can you help with a renovation or cleanout?
Yes. We offer property cleanouts, construction debris removal, and light demolition. We review the materials, access, and removal work with you before scheduling.
How should I prepare for a pickup?
Decide what stays and what goes before the crew arrives. Separate or clearly mark items to keep, set aside valuables and personal documents, and tell us if the removal list has changed. Keep people and pets clear of the agreed work route.
What parking and building access details should I provide?
Tell us where the truck can park, any building or loading restrictions, and whether access involves stairs, an elevator, narrow doors or locked gates. Share any booking or access arrangements required by your building before the appointment.
How can I share photos with my quote request?
Photos are optional. Text photos of the items and access route to 727-254-6678. The online form accepts your written project details; it does not accept photo attachments.
Can you remove selected items without clearing the whole property?
Yes. Identify the rooms, areas and items approved for removal, along with anything that must stay. We review the agreed cleanout scope before loading; tell us about heavy, attached or unusual items when requesting the quote.
How do you define the scope of selective demolition?
Tell us exactly which cabinets, flooring, fixtures or other agreed materials need to be removed and which surrounding areas must remain. We review access, removal boundaries and debris hauling before scheduling. Repairs, replacement work and additional preparation are separate from the agreed removal scope.
What if an item is connected to electricity, gas or plumbing?
Tell us about connected appliances, fixtures or structures before scheduling. Any required utility disconnection should be arranged with an appropriately qualified professional before removal. Do not attempt a disconnection just to prepare for our visit; confirm the preparation requirements with us first.
